2.3 Prices All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required by law.Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed separately during the checkout process.RON reserves the right to change prices at any time. 2.10 Use of Motorsport EquipmentRON products are designed for their intended use as described on the product page.Motorsport and karting involve inherent risks. RON equipment and apparel do not eliminate or guarantee protection against all risks associated with motorsport.Customers are responsible for using appropriate safety equipment and complying with the regulations applicable to their activity.
2.11 Applicable LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's country of residence.In the event of a dispute, consumers may use any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and/or competent courts provided by applicable law.
